- The receptionist confirms your reservation and assigns you an office and time.
Self Online Through the Website
You can make the reservation yourself through the website and pay for it immediately.
- Create a profile on our site or log in to an existing one using Personal Account.
- Select the desired time and office from Schedule or from the tab of any of the offices.
- Make a payment using your card with monobank online payment.
Through the Administrator
The receptionist can open your doors at a pre-booked time if they are on-site or remotely.
On Your Own
You access the offices on your own, without the help of an administrator.
- You must have a registered profile on our website.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have the date and time of your reservation in your personal account, as well as a button to open the front door.
- The button becomes active 10 minutes before the start of the booking time and remains active throughout the booked time. For example: you have booked Cabinet 1.2 this Friday from 5:00 pm to 5:55 pm. The open button will activate at 4:50 pm on Friday and will remain active until 6:00 pm. There is no limit to how many times you can press the button and open the door during your reservation. This is in case you arrive a little early and the office is free, are late or forget something.
- The button opens the door of the office where the booked cubicle is located. The doors to the offices are not locked from the outside.
- The most important thing is that you must leave the office on time, strictly before the end of the paid time. Respect other visitors and their time, which, like yours, has been paid for.
- In cold season and rainy weather, you and your clients are obliged to use shoe covers. Penalty for non-use – 50 UAH per person.
- Place the sign on the door in the "Busy" position before the session begins. After leaving the room, return the sign to the "Free" position.
- If there is no visitor in front of you (the sign on the door of the booked office is "Free"), you can enter 10 minutes earlier. This rule applies only to the room you have booked!
- After entering the office, make sure that the office is clean. If you notice that the furniture, equipment or interior of the office has been damaged (stains on the furniture and walls, broken furniture, flipchart, cooler, lock, etc.) – be sure to inform the administrator via any contact, attaching a photo. The culprit will be considered to be the last person who visited the office before the damage was discovered.
- Ten minutes before the end of the session, open the window and ventilate the room.
- After the session you are obliged to throw away the garbage in the trash can inside the office, put the furniture back, close the window and turn off the air conditioner. Do not pour tea or liquid waste into the trash can inside the office! Use the restroom.
- It is your responsibility to clean up after class. Do not leave food, tea, coffee and other items in the rooms – it will be considered as garbage and will be thrown away. The room will be considered untidy, and you will be fined according to Appendix No. 2.
- Smoking cigarettes, hookahs, heating systems of tobacco and tobacco mixtures, iqos, electronic cigarettes inside the offices, as well as inside the UNO City LCD is strictly prohibited. Penalty – 1000 UAH.
- It is strictly forbidden to use matches, candles and other sources of open flame in the offices. It is forbidden to light aroma sticks and incense or use any other odour spreaders. Penalty – 1000 UAH.
- It is forbidden to bring any kind of pets into the offices. Penalty – 600 UAH.
- It is strictly forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages, as well as to be in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication in the offices, as well as in the entire territory of the UNO City Residential Complex. The penalty is from 600 to 2000 UAH.
No, we do not accept direct P2P payment on a card. You can read how to pay in the Prices and Payments section. We run an honest and transparent business. We are registered as a group 3 FLP without VAT and pay 6% tax on every rent of a psychologist's office.
No, we don't accept cash payments.
Yes, you may play your own music while renting an office, as long as it is at a volume that does not disturb other tenants. If necessary, you can borrow a bluetooth speaker from the receptionist.
It is not advisable to change offices to avoid confusion. If there is a serious need, ask the receptionist for assistance. It is possible to change rooms, provided that another room is available. If the room you move to is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference in price. If the room you move to is cheaper, the difference in price will not be refunded.
No. You can only book rooms using our timetable grid. This applies to both online bookings and bookings through the receptionist.
